Timothy Chaney, President and CEO of Logisticians & The Technical Experts LLC (LTTE)is a retired military logistics officer. Timothy has over 20 years of extraordinary military and private industry leadership experience.  Timothy has used his background in domestic and international operations from critical and high ranking assignments in government, foreign ministries, and the military to his Senior Mentor assignment with MPRI/ ENGILITY and PULAU a multi-national corporation. Having established an organizational structure with business leaders from diverse industry backgrounds, he has created an atmosphere of unparalleled scope as it relates to construction, logistics, business, training and development, human resource management and government relations.

Timothy’s background in the Special Operations field has allowed him to instill great knowledge into the Afghan Special Forces and Commando units. His keen knowledge and experience has allowed the units to operate and sustain on their own understanding the importance of supply management.  Timothy’s experience in the logistics arena allowed him to organize and build the first Medical Distribution Center in Afghanistan while providing an Inventory Database System to account for incoming, outgoing and stored items within the depot.
